Butcher on Tsvetnoy Boulevard is a premium steak house located on the first floor of the modern business center minutes away from the TSUM department store.

Actually it is one of the 6 Butcher restaurants operated in Moscow. Inside there is a wide rectangular hall, divided into several dining areas, with a massive bar counter.

Inside, Butcher looks like a typical steakhouse with low lighting, dark woods, large tables and comfortable leather seats.

Butcher specializes in premium meat from Argentina, Uruguay and Russia. The menu has all classic steaks that include Filet Mignon, Ribeye, New York and some alternative steaks prepared by the chef.

In addition to traditional steaks, Butcher's menu also includes some fish dishes like salmon and halibut.
