Novikov Restaurant & Bar is located on the first floor of the Ritz-Carlton hotel on the central Tverskaya street.

The restaurant has undergone major renovations that made it look more fresh and modern.

Inside the restaurant there is a long concrete counter that serves as the stage for the open kitchen located in the center of the main hall.

The extensive mixed menu features PanAsian dishes with a strong focus on Japan. They serve traditional sushi and sashimi as well as dishes like Beijing style duck, Robata dishes and oysters.
