Le Pigeon is a restaurant that specializes in Parisian cuisine where traditional French dishes are served with some creative modern twists.

It was opened in partnership with the duo of two talented chefs Anton Kovalkov and Georgy Troyan.

Le Pigeon was the first joint project of two chefs, who had long dreamed of working together. Georgiy Troyan, who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu, is responsible for French classics in the restaurant’s kitchen, while Anton Kovalkov took on the twists and rethinking of traditional dishes.

The restaurant has a modern dining area with an open kitchen.

For those that are just starting their acquaintance with French cuisine, the chefs recommend trying some snails in white wine. Further options include cream soup with porcini mushrooms and herbs, aged duck breast with apple, stewed fennel and kumquat, stewed leg of lamb with baked eggplant and seasonal greens, pistachios and cherries.

The dessert options include we recommend Crepe Suzette with yuzu cream and vanilla ice cream or Tarte Tatin with creamy ice cream.

For breakfast, Le Pigeon offers a wide selection of egg dishes. Checkout their benedict with brioche and truffle sauce, egg cocotte with pastrami and leek confit, Kare potatoes with spinach, salami, poached egg, fluffy Hollandaise sauce.

You’ll like their dessert selection that includes homemade waffles with ice cream and berries, brioche with ricotta and apricot jam as well as croissants, for those who start the day in the French style.
