Le Pigeon is a restaurant that specializes in Parisian cuisine where traditional French dishes are served with some creative modern twists.

It was opened in partnership with the duo of two talented chefs Anton Kovalkov and Georgy Troyan.

Le Pigeon was the first joint project of two chefs, who had long dreamed of working together. Georgiy Troyan, who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu, is responsible for French classics in the restaurant’s kitchen, while Anton Kovalkov took on the twists and rethinking of traditional dishes.
