Butcher Steak House (formerly known as Bison) is a quality steak house chain that has 6 restaurants in Moscow. Four of these restaurants are located in the central part of the city. Comfortable interiors include brick walls and leather couches.

In addition to traditional steaks like Rib-Eye and New York this restaurant chain offers a variety of so called alternative steaks prepared by Chef Frank Sarria.

These include Machete Steak (priced at 2770Rub – about 40 USD) that is made of the inner rib cut and has a shape of machete. The other one is called Hunter’s Steak (priced at 3570Rub – about 55 USD) prepared from deer tenderloin or rib eye shipped from New Zealand.
