The name of this Moscow restaurant that is part of the Ginza Project group can be translated from Russian as The Garden. This place has two key advantages. The first one is the chef Adrian Quetglas that has moved here from another recently closed Moscow restaurant called Doce Uvas. Adrian has created the menu list that includes the Italian, Spanish and Thai dishes, such as ravioli with the Black Cod filling (790Rubles) and Thai salmon rapped inside the banana leaf (580Rubles).
Another advantage of The Sad is the summer verandah that has managed to become quite popular during the warm season in the city. Overall this is a large venue that accommodates 200 seats. There are numerous green plants that grow all around the restaurant including palms, lianas and orchids. One of the halls resembles a garden with a small fountain. The main hall has a lot of space with tall windows, large columns and a fireplace. Average check without the drinks is claimed to be about 2000 Rubles per person here which is about 60 USD.
