There is a high profile Moscow restaurant called Sumosan that specializes in Japanese cuisine. During the past 17 years it has been serving it’s customers with high quality food made from some of the best ingredients in town at skyrocketing prices.
Today you don’t have to spend big bucks if you decide to have some non-chain quality sushi in Moscow because there is a new sushi bar called Buba by Sumosan opened by the owners of Sumosan restaurant.
The name Buba comes from the name of the restaurant’s chef Bubker Belkhit who is the brand chef of all the restaurants related to Sumosan.
Buba by Sumosan is located right in the middle of the hall of one of the business centers in the modern Moscow City district. It’s obvious that the bar is targeted mainly at people who work in the area. Average price on the rolls here is about 300 Rubles which is about 6 USD and for example tuna sushi costs 150 Rubles which is 2.5 USD.
